Meeting of Wanjina-Wunggurr Dambimangari Native Title Holders (WAD 6061/1998)
Notice is given of an Authorisation Meeting for all persons who hold or may hold Native Title over part or the whole of the area outlined in the official meeting notice, including, but not limited to, the:
Jangoot, Mungulu, Numendumah, Juboy, Barunga, Ngerdu, Morlumbun, Peters, Umbagai, Woolagoodja, Oobagooma, Mouda, Sesar, Thomas and Stumpagee families.
The meeting is also for all members of Dambimangari Aboriginal Corporation (DAC).Jangoot, Mungulu, Numendumah, Juboy, Barunga, Ngerdu, Morlumbun, Peters, Umbagai, Woolagoodja, Oobagooma, Mouda, Sesar, Thomas and Stumpagee families.

Purpose of the meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, authorise Wanjina-Wunggurr (Native Title) Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC and Dambimangari Aboriginal Corporation to enter into the Koolan Island Supply Base Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Crestlink Koolan Pty Ltd.
The proposed Agreement Area consists of all of Koolan Island, including:
- the proposed Crestlink Supply Base Area, being the proposed Crown Licence and Wharf Areas; and
- the proposed DAC Management Area.
Travel and accommodation
Dambimangari people who need assistance with travel and accommodation are asked to complete a Travel Request Form.
