Dambimangari Aboriginal Corporation Chairperson Rowena Mouda will act as Chief Executive Officer while the DAC recruits a new CEO to replace Ken O’Neill.

Vice Chairperson Warren Barunga, will chair the DAC board until the new chief executive is appointed.

Mrs Mouda said the executive search would begin in January.

“The recruitment of a replacement for Ken will be a very thorough and exhaustive process.

“We need to make sure that we have the right person to manage our affairs during perhaps the most important period in the group’s development.”
