NOTICE is given of an AUTHORISATION MEETING to be held as follows:
Date and Time: 11:30 AM, FRIDAY 23 OCTOBER 2026
Location: Derby Airport, Derby WA
The PURPOSE OF THE MEETING is to consider and, if thought fit, authorise Wanjina-Wunggurr (Native Title) Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC and DAC to enter into:
- Crestlink Koolan Island ILUA with Crestlink Koolan Pty Ltd (Crestlink);
- State Koolan Island ILUA with the State and Crestlink.
The proposed Crestlink Koolan ILUA Area consists of all of Koolan Island comprising the proposed Crestlink Supply Base Area (being the proposed Crown Lease and Wharf Lease Areas), and the proposed DAC Management Area.
The proposed State Koolan Island ILUA Area consists of the proposed Crown Lease Area.
