Important information for the Christmas period

Please find below some important information from DAC regarding the Christmas period.
Christmas payments
- Thank you to all the Signatories who are assisting in confirming the lists of Christmas payments!
- Christmas payments will be made by Monday 9 December 2024.
- Any concerns should be raised with Signatories in the first instance.
- **Importantly, if a payment has bounced because of incorrect bank details, DAC cannot fix this issue until we receive correspondence from the bank. Our experience is we will not receive this correspondence until the new year**
DAC office closure
- The DAC office will close at 2pm on Friday 20 December 2024.
- For any emergency situations during the closure, Gina can be contacted on 0499 989 760.
- We will re-open on Monday 6 January 2025 with reduced administration staff through January.
Member services
- Member services will continue to process applications until 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024 and recommence on Monday 6 January 2025.
- Applications should be emailed to applications@dambi.org.au and Ally Scott can be contacted on 0487 635 506 until Friday 20 December or through reception on 0499 922 782.
- Please remind people to get applications in early to ensure they can be processed before Christmas!
- The next RPF (bucket) release will be Tuesday 7 January 2025.
