Dambi Office reopened

The Dambimangari office reopened on July 30 after a two month closure to complete a strategic review of the group’s operations.
Office staff will resume their support roles and the rangers, who continued dry season activities during the break, will be completing major works program before the end of the year.
The office will be open from 9 am to 4 pm with a one-hour midday break.
On July 30, the DAC appointed a new CEO, Ken O’Neill – after Peter McCumstie’s retirement in April (See a profile story on the web site). Two senior staff members, Renata Hogan and Cassandra McCumstie, have moved on and we wish them well.
Sue Ryall has joined the group as Corporate Services Manager.
Further positions will be filled as the need arises.
The re-opening of the office will mean a resumption of many of the ongoing member support services
In addition, management of Indigenous Protected Areas and ranger programs will continue.
